Saskatchewan in the Making

The place we now call Saskatchewan was once filled with mountain ranges and volcanoes, shallow seas swimming with giant reptiles, dinosaurs stomping across the landscape, subtropical forests, parklands with three-toed horses and sabre-toothed cats, dry grasslands with giant sloths and mammoths, and sheets of thick ice. Travel through time as you move through each of the exhibits in the Earth Sciences Gallery and discover how it took over 3 billion years to create the land we see today.
