How many different kinds of insects are there in Saskatchewan?
Based on the number of species we know about plus an estimate of those that haven’t been discovered yet, there are about 20,000 different kinds of insects in our province alone! That’s a lot, when you consider that there are only 85 species of mammals in Saskatchewan.
